very bad hotel horrible no cleaning and very dirty looks like bhoot bangla
rooms were in worst conditions and staff are rude there were no cleaning in room and out side of room leeked toilet tap and very dirty bathroom and feel very bad small in room harldy I spend one night stay

many times did Ravindra sir come to Agra But he didn't even go to the distributor's office to talk about payment.
This is not my fault Till date, I have not done any such thing that someone should impose upper allegation on me.
In July, when I had given resignation notice, then it was discussed with you that sir will go to Rudrapur to work with me, but he did not go even once.
Did not go even after calling me several times and put the blame on me
I did not work in the industry

worst service, room was very bad, dirty, broken, no tvnot recommended for family, or official person, this hotel is only for couples, who came for one reason only, for 2-3 hrs.please don't book.you will not get food here only online order.i will give a 0 rating for this hotel. they give worst service, uncleaned room, unprofessional staff

geyser not workingtoilets are filthy, dirty bedsheets, cupboards are not clean...dinner and breakfast not provided.. despite inclusion in package. Two rooms were given instead three room reservation. Even drinking water not made available in rooms. Very pathetic. Suffered monetary loss as well as mental agony and harassment..
