They were not providing the room with the rate i booked and asking for more money. They were not providing the room even I have booked it saying the rate showing is very low

It was the worst ever experience. It can't go worse than this . My review can go long but I've to share this with everyone. Don't want anyone to suffer like I had to. After I checked in at the hotel ( **** 13624, Kapoor's plaza , Patia, Bhubaneswar ) and settled in my room, someone came and asked me to follow him to the reception. It was a very pleasant stay at Kapoor Plaza Hotel. The room was comfortable neat and clean , the staff was friendly and helpful. and the receptionist was very nice well behaviour. overall good staying.
