hotel reception staff very bad in all manners,
I book property with breakfast but hotel staff clearly denied for providing breakfast and tea also

This is the worst hotel! The staff, even the cleaning staff here is very rude and ill- mannered. The cleanliness is the worst. The locks were broken and everything was not kept well. I wish I never end up in this hotel again, or even in any alike. I hope it helps! Summary: they don't know hotel keeping.
