I have booked for my brother. he reached at 6 pm.The reception person took one hour to assign room.I donot know why service is very poor

Room is not ready and had to climb 2 more stairs in the scorching heat as because the room with twin bed was not. Wet towel is what I was offered and upon requesting ,it had been changed. After asking ONLY they gave the soaps..TERRIBLE!!!! No glasses nor spoons were provided.

Overall experience was good and services was fine. But, intercom doesn't work in any room and television was also not working in my room. Hotel should check these things before giving it to guests.
