They denied to check in and told us to pay 1500 more at 11 pm in night to check in. don't come or don't book. as it's after 11 pm

The experience was not good. They cost too much for food and we are not allowed to take food from outside. They take 25 for 1 lit. mineral water instead of the printed price, 20. The cleanliness is also not so satisfactory. We had to compromise. The staffs are also lazy.

Booked it for my aged parents who had gone for treatment to R.N Tagore Hospital kolkata.Nothing is going in this hotel except its close proximity to Hospital.Had taken room for 2 including breakfast. Now here the story begins.Rs 400 just to drop your luggage and freshening up in common washroom. No complimentary mineral water in room, also let me highlight this is the first hotel who charge for normal R.O water along with food.Complementary breakfast was denied , washroom door was broken.I can g ...more

It was a great stay, feels very comfortable. rooms were awesome , very cooperative staff and management. enjoyed a lot it provides security to family members and food were delivered fast within the hotel.

Room was a bit smelly. Bathroom was not that good bcz mixture tap was not working well. There's no lift. We stayed at 3rd floor. The bed was making noises. Outside food was not allowed, in house food was very bad.

Need to improve their service and neatness of the room. Hotel location is good near to mean road and near from rn tagore hospital. Room is ok but the linens wear dirty and crushed and toilet was used. later they alloted other room on saying.
