Room was booked for sister Anchal for 3 nights.on reaching Hotel At 10 pm by flight staff said room not available & suggested to stay in other hotel.very poor professional ethics,they did not provide the booked hotel to ladies at 10 pm,who travelled on medical ground from Odisha.Not even refunded the booking amount.
