There is no any service available, location is also not good, every temple is so far. No one is helpful in the saff. Too much smell in the room. Staff demand unnecessary document.

Nice neat & hygienic. spacious room well near to important places to be visited in Mathura. Appreciate value for money. Rates at the reception is not different from online booking. Have good occupancy even in pandemic time.

Below is my feedback 1. No dustbin provided. 2. Tv and fan were not working, I have to reach reception below 3 times for the same. 3. No water provided, on-demand they provided. 4. Telephone not working. 5. Bathroom is truly filthy and dirty all over. You can go through the images. 6. Even flush is not working. 7. They provided only free channel on tv, no proper entertainment channel provided. 8. Towel is smelling bad.

food was tasty and in good price ,,, bathroom condition was totally HORRIBLE, parking space was good ,, rooms are just good , staff is less ,, 5 star for meal and price for food , awesome and hygiene,,,, need more work on bathroom ,,bathroom condition was horrible ,,,,, except bathrooms everything is excellent ,,,parking space is good
