The hotel owner is saying that your booking is not done he is not good person asking extra money he is not good person 😭 after giving complete to the hotel owner have accepted booking

first they ask extra money and secondly night 12am we reached they said we don't have connection with goibbo and Oyo and so our charge is different.u can go somewhere else. that room smell cigarette and so pathetic no lock system from room only that main key. i fell worried about my wife who literally didn't sleep all night

They denied check in and told that their ac and fam is not working, that's a lame excuses as some others checked in by paying directly to them in front of me. The worst hotel and the worst staff they are so inhuman that at time of night 10 pm i was waiting for checking in with my daughter they denied to give a room. Don't book this hotel .

Was travelling with family. Offered room did not have latch. Upon request to change the room, very tiny room was shown. Tried to discuss with the manager on the option of room that we had booked but he said that room was not available. Terribly disappointed. Would not recommend anyone

I had done a one-month advance prepaid booking and received confirmation too. But, when I reached the hotel with family, they denied the rooms saying the property was unavailable. They also lied that they had canceled the booking and communicated to Goibibo. But Goibibo confirmed that they had not communicated anything and neither canceled the booking. Thankfully, Goibibo arranged for our stay in a different hotel.Please avoid this hotel as they are highly unprofessional and don't value customers. There were others too like us who were denied rooms.

Hotel facility was not good. hand wash was not provided. hotel food quality was inferior. time taken for food is 3 to 4 times than normal. panner chilly was like paneer sauce..full tomato sauce and sweet.
