i could not check in at the hotel on date 10 june 2022 becouse the hotel was unavailable at that place as the owner has closed it a month ago .i tried the hotel phone number but it was diverted somewhere else and i could not make a call.i got harassed becouse of these unprofessional behaviour and moreover i havent got the refund yet!kindly look into this.

room space is much less and congestive TV available but without set top box. rooms are not properly cleaned. lock system of pretty much old-fashioned. first booking accepted in MS Villa then sent us MS plaza.

The location was beautiful. It was near a calm and pleasant park. The roads were cleaned regularly. The only drawback was that it was quite far away from the airport.
