Location is good. Surrounding is peaceful and swimming pool is good. Rooms are clean. Staff is rude and not so cooperative. Much maintenance is needed in hotel room appliances and overall building.

very bad service..while booking had booked deluxe but they said we don't allow deluxe for booking so after argument with them for a hour they gave me classic room which is a big difference. Please guys don't book deluxe.

Very bad hotel. swimming pool is not maintained.food quality is just avg, room service is pathetic, if you order any food it will come after 1 hr or more than that. TV remote asked more than 10 times but remote not provided by hotel staff.staff behavior is very bad especially Mr. Anthony, even he is not talking properly with girls.i will Not suggest it for family & couple, for group of boys it's ok.Overall horrible experience here.

Very Pathetic Rooms and misbehaving staff.. One should not visit here please. Humble request to all guest.. I have waited here 5 hours.. My room checking was at 11 am morning they gave me room at 10 pm at night but I have visited there at 5 in the evening.. Still they didn't gave me room to access.. the resort pools are not clean and the washrooms are very dirty.. No proper door.. Vomited everywhere.. Very unhygienic and dirty... No room service even after asking. Too much noisy place due to staff chit chat. TV was not working. No Wifi connection. broken Window and May more. Unexpected service from Hotel and Goibibo.

worst and pathetic stay ever. Room didn't even have basic amenities. It didn't had hot water as geyser wasn't working. Wifi wasn't working. Bathroom door was broken. Main door had holes in it. Room service was pathetic. It was not even cleaned. Food quality was worst. Covid protocol was not even adhered. Overall I would say waste of hard earned money.

Room given by Manori resort is has a not a private two room connection by door. and bedsheet smell like dirty.and i book a room with free breakfast and they were not given free breakfast. And they said we don't know about that. I Show that booking information.they cant agree with this..and not given breakfast... a very bad experience..

Deluxe 3x room which was booked was not given as they kept it for the group booking. we were forced to accept a smaller room which was really small with stained and torn bedsheet. the bathroom was smelly with no toiletries. Resort Manager was very rude he said we should call and check before coming. our room package had breakfast included and resort manger was denying it even after showing the booking confirmation. We are visiting Manori Resort for last 12 - 14 years and I must say after they tied up with OYO it's has gone bad. there is Zero customer service.

They should increase a price bit and add, a water bottle, dustbin with lead to open with the foot, cleanness of bed, sheet.But over and above this, staff, place, food, environment, stay was safe and very goodOne word, Safe
