I recently stayed at a hotel I booked, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Despite paying the full amount upfront, they charged me the same amount extra upon arrival without any clear explanation. rooms and bathroom are very small.The staff was quite rude, providing minimal assistance, and when I asked for help with my luggage, they simply pointed to my room on the third floor and mentioned there was no lift. This lack of customer service and the unexpected extra charges made my stay frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
