This hotel is situated on the highway and has very poor amenities and the staff is very rude and arrogant. When I checked in late in the night the staff who was drunk demanded extra cash from me to allow check in, when I refused he denied check in. He was aggressive, abusive and was threatening. When I decided not to check in and move out of the hotel, he followed me in an aggressive way threatening all the way to my vehicle. Goibibo customer care was prompt when I called them and processed my refund immediately.
