The behaviour of the hotel team is too rude ,For 1 hour before check in and for 4 hour stay they did not compromise ,Plus there is very lack of room services ,Even water is not available in the Room ,Very poor room services,

The hotel manager is asking for extra money to check in the room. Extra 200/- paid by me no receipt. A very small room in the worst condition with smell. TV not working. To connect reception no phone or bell system. Only the phone number is displayed in the mirror. G Srinivasa Rao.

all think better but no drinking water available. no restaurant facilities. no room service and again demand extra money for room cleaning. at 1st he demand extra 2500 for use Ac but we book non ac room . after long argument he can agree for non ac room .

After visiting the hotel, they are not agreeing for the same price and asking for more to get our booking. Even the basic amenities were not good in naidu grand. it's better to choose alternate.

good hotel in the price but the area is clumsy and not decent ...good to go hotel ..can be more economic as there is no proper lift facility and other breakfast option.. parking is good and spacious

I have visited the Hotel in the morning. Hotel room was very dirty and not cleaned properly. I have asked them to change the room but that room also same. Few rooms are full of empty liquir bottlles and scattered food items. Lift disnot working, me and my wife has to walk by steps. The Hotel rooms are not clean and scary to stay with family. I have vacated the room by 2:30 pm and I have moved to another hotel. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Good thing about the staff, they have received nicely.
