Worst experience ever. Room booked with condition no refund and when we reached there there was nobody , hotel was locked and at night 1:30 we with 7 yrs child standing knocking at the door. Horrible experience. These hotels must be banned.

Very bad experience 😔 hotel staff not familiar. Washroom and room was not clean. mattress was covered with polythene that voice was very irritating 😡. hotelier also took extra charge for early check in. Overall bad experience we both dislike this hotel. washroom was very dirty. mattress, room and staff service was very disappointed.😞

There were no hoarding of hotel moon Tara in the whole area. Even I couldn't find the room after 2 hours. My total day was wasted. Hotel should place same direction display for reaching out to the hotel. Pathetic. My money was gone all wasted.
