o ratiram hotel is a cheater …staff members they denied the room to me because i have fully paid for room in advance and they will not get any money. and when i call at the customer care the oyo person was extremely rude and was not helpful at all. oyo has also become pathetic and seems they have hand in glove with cheater hotels😤
