Fraudsters...just now booked a room....Hotel was closed....Nobody opened the gate or responded even after being repeatedly called nd knocked on its doors

my experience was quite bad because room which was shown was completely different then what i goteven when i requested for cancelation i only got 20% of my paid money

they are not accepting Booking hotels by your application. they are making joke about this application. they are asking that application can be sold anything but we will not provide you room. and they are also talk hyper. i Very much get harrasment of this. I suggested don't be Book hotels by this application. because hotel booking are not Valid in hotel if booked by this application.

overall experience was Average not good also. I booked 2 rooms for 6 Adults and also confirmed by calling and said please arrange extract mattress for 2 people in each room they said yes sure and when I reached hotel and saw the room was too small for arrange 1 mattress also. I told receptionist about that he told me I was only informed that to gave you two rooms. All this things happened in Night at 2 am. I am totally disappointed for their services and miss comunication of their staf and manager. After talk to his Owner they arrange me only 1 mattress . breakfast was good .
