I had booked this hotel and paid fully while booking. they denied my check-in and told me to pay almost double the money by cash that I had paid if I wanted to stay in Hotel O Royal. I paid the extra bucks since I was very tired after traveling more than 2000 km before I arrived there. I stayed there for 2 days and here is my observations:Pros: Located in Sector 80, close to the Sector 67 mall. Bedsheets was clean. Bathroom was neat and clean. Good lighting decor Check-in and Check-out was smooth. crispy clean bed sheet and pillow covers on the bed and was comfortable

Nice clean hotel with great responsive staff. The rooms at this hotel was very clean. Manager on Duty was very nice person.
