After booking my guest reached there for check-in, surprisingly they asked for an additional amount and said without paying an extra amount they refused to provide us room.Due to the late hour i.e. 10 pm. we paid said amt then they provide room. And without a bill.

very bad experience.. no basin in bathroom.. no telephone.. no proper room service.. no soap.. charged higer. please dont go
