No network in rooms, and the rooms were too small. Nothing was provided—no towels, no soap, no handwash. There was no mattress, mirror, cupboard, or small table to place anything—just a bed and a TV. No water bottle was provided, and for water, you had to walk to the ground floor to fill your bottle from a water jar. Breakfast was included but not provided. was a horrible experience—don’t go and it was truly disappointing.

The Hotel Services are pathetic. Linen, room, bathrooms, balconies, bucket, electricity, nearby places- nothing is perfect for a long stay. People book and use it for only few hours, leaving stains on the bedsheets. When I reached there roads were blocked from both end had to literally walk with the bags to the hotel. I had booked my stay for 15 days, while entering only I had requested for the cleanest room they have as I have a very long stay, and they agreed and showed me the room. It was rea ...more

the washroom cleanliness and hygiene is very bad, already stained with dirt everywhere and no single cleaning session throughout my 3 day stay. bedsheet changed once only when i requested after being frustrated about it not being changed.

Room is never cleaned. AC not working fully. No internal telephone system to communicate with the reception for any necessary requirements. Towel and soap is provided after repeated requests.
