very poor and mentally ill staff. all of them have no etiquette of welcoming guests. ultimately they are not professional and provide service with very rude behavior. so why should we share pictures of that horrible place.

I was cheated, I was supposed to check in super deluxe room as it was a complimentary upgrade along with complimentary breakfast but I was denied both. They boarded me in deluxe room that too in top floor with no lift access to that floor. They denied the breakfast too.... very poor experience.

absolute horrendous. only plus point is it is close to airport. otherwise the hotel is an absolute crap. stinky rooms, poop in the bathroom and what not. the manager was charging extra for the breakfast and for taxi service. just beware if traveling with family. don't book until you have other options available. only book if travelling alone.

very near airport, easy to locate, good Restaurant with hotel, all staff are very polite and good hospitality, good furnished rooms, curtain bedsheets,pillow covers, towel are washed and clean,over all good and worth for the price.thanks for Goibibo super deals service and prompt response in customer care executives.

Hotel is located near Kolkata Airport. Rooms are good for families and couples as well. The staff are helpful. The hotel provides complimentary pick up and drop to airport. You may order food at your room. Taxis including Ola are also available. Overall hotel is good and recommended for stay.
