i booked room as per your terms for two days I am very disposing when I stay in this hotel . I left the room next day dt 24 december, no money returned by you for on this particular day , raiting 2

horrible, pathetic
everything messed up
no lock on main door
no lock on toilet door
lift also out, just for show piece.
wallpaper are torned up
toilet are messy & unhygienic as pic shared, & too small, as soon as we enter washroom ends.
no serious at all, we asked hot water as it's winter season going on, no soap , for same we had to asked, no water served.
breakfast was included & complementary, straight away denied ny hotel staff
over all is ratings are considered i would give a big o (zero)
hence money wasted for a 1 day stay here👎

Its pathetic and there food was also not good for health. After we ate the food we starts loose motion

service is very bad,Booked the hotel & paid the full money but later the hotel staff gave no room on these rates, then got the room by paying extra money.
