We had a very bad experience, nobody to answer our calls or when we checked out we have to wait a lot for 1 hr then we had to hand over the keys and have to hurry to catch our train . After repeated request also they did not change the bed sheet with no pillow covers.

front staff waa so rude for me checking in late at 11.30 pm. in the night. and room was full of cockroaches scrolling over me all night.. horrible sleepless night it was

My experience was horrible at BKM guest house.
1. The room and bathroom was dirty.
2. No toiletries, no towels.
3. The mattress and bed sheet were torn, with a cheap dirty blanket to cover.
4. AC and wifi was not working at all, after repeatedly asking the reception person nothing happened.
5. the floors were filled with garbage bags all over.
I would never go here even if someone pays me to stay.

Worst behaviour from the staff. I wasted my full money after booking in this hotel.
I didn't click any pictures.

For checking in, they were arguing with us that there is no booking registered in your name. The receptionist was on a call for the entire time and made us wait for more than an hour. Poor customer service. Bedsheets were not washed and there were Cocroches in the room.

While the room was good enough for the price, the management did not honor a followup booking with ****, as they were looking for immediate cash. Also the breakfast was closed before 10:00 AM

well maintained rooms , during night time, they close main door, gate, etc , nobody will be der during late night check in, reception is not easily accessible if u r checking in at midnight, u need to Cal them first so tht they can come and open the door,
