Dirtiest hotel and staff, no cleanliness and if you book from Goibibo, they say Goibibo will provide hygiene and cleanliness, so instead of booking here, you will get a nice and clean hotel within this price range.

I have changed the room 3 times. 303 & 302 room is not good. Toilet & Bathroom is not good, very bad smell. Broken sink & door. Room is not work out for given money. Room Number 202 is okay. Bucket & Mug are not good, provided the paint bucket. Broken table, cloth store is very old & damage. TV won't work. I haven't used TV, Cloth store & table. I kept my bags outside only. Overall 2.5 out of 5.

No wifi for 2nd floor, celling fan is in one side, FLUSH is not working and they suggested to use bucket for that

horrible experience
they asked me to pay RS 722 more to stay at hotel and I gave them because I have no other option at that time. I was in hurry to go to office and I need a room where I can put my luggage.
when I get back from office to room, AC was not working and they don't even tried to fix it.

Awful experience. Disgusting ugly hotel. Its nothing like what all shown. Unsafe and risky place to stay in Also. Completely untrustworthy staff. They keep changing there staff every other day with no record of personnel employed.

Although the property was not up to mark apart from it's location. Still I had a really great stay. All thanks to the Manager Dheeraj Singh. He made the stay really conformable and did a commendable job from his side. The room service staffs were were always on time and provided great services. The food was also really tasty and value for money. Bedsheets and blankets were not good condition and washroom was also not looking good and the tap was not working.

The hotel room was not at all clean. The staff was very rude and unbothered about the customers. They were operating the hotel as a place for whores, which was very disgusting.On top of that, the hotel was not clear about Complimentary breakfast. They said only certain items were available in complimentary breakfast. The manager didn't even bother to inform us about it.
