first they denied checkin saying unable to see the amount and then i have to call and waited fir 1 hour in the reception. room wall was slight dirty.

Check- in issue hotel demand ₹/day. if you booked your trip less than ₹800/day then they don't allow to check-in. They demand full payment either by OYO or by guest.It's irritating.

I havent got my refund yet, trip shows completed where as this was cancelled because i reached very late. Please initiate refund ASAP
