The rooms were good enough but there is a lot more to a stay than just the rooms. The room service was extremely disappointing. I asked several times for housekeeping, they said that they will send it and it never arrived.There were no bath towels or soap or necessary accessories present at the time of check in but were given when asked. Also I booked 4 suites in advance but they gave us 2 classic and 2 deluxe which we found out on our checkout time.At the time of checkout, they said that we bro ...more

Experience was very bad ...Room and bathroom was not properly cleaned...geyser was not working..even towels and soap was not provided by hotel staff. After several requests even basic facilities was not provided by hotel staff...I will never recommend this hotel to anyone..
