Had a decent time sharing the space with the hospitality of entire okhills staff. Especially the breakfast buffet was super cool.

We atayed in room no 101 Room was ok but the balcony view was pathetic, Bathroom in room was sp unorganised, nothing was at place. Towels placed in room was totally dirty and have big black stains on it you can’t even get coffee at day time from 3 pm yo 5:30pm because the kotchen os closed. Pathetic experience of us with this property. Some staff menber are good and helpful. But the Manager sitting at reception was so rude and never understand any situation. Not a great experience from start. In photos and actual rooms are very different. There is no view at all. infact you face a broken house towards your right side. No amenities inside the washroom. infact no soap in Dispenser. that took them 30 min to deliver. No sitting chair, no side tables in the room. If you are standing straight you can't see yourself in mirror. worst experience. another miss is the servicing staff of hotel. they are very slow and don't even listen carefully and on top every ...more
