hotel ocean grand did not provide any service to there coustmers. rates are high but no facility is over there. no mirror, shop, towel,water they are providing to there Coustmers. lots of noise disturbance I have experienced from my nearby room. need to get many improvement.

Location of hotel is good but service was not at all good. What is use of staying at hotels where amenities are not looked after. My suggestion is to avoid staying in such hotels.

Rooms are small. No wifi, poor room service, drinking water is provided in old used mineral water bottles, no jug/glass is provided in the room. Toilets are dirty, rooms untidy and smells.
