morning breakfast is very delicious. faced electricity issue few times, power not get resume automatically. room cleaning is nice. hotel staff is very friendly & very co operative. need to modify hotel exterior as it got old. also more focus required for cleaning in hotel other than room.

Premium hotel stay in budget with decent buffet breakfast. Rooms were neta and clean with good mattress provided. We took suite room which were very large and bathrooms were also big. Make sure to put the blinds downside in the bathroom otherwise you will be visible from outside. The air conditioner was old and it takes time to cool the room. Rooms didn't had any fans. Swimming pool was heated. It had a poolside bar and enough parking was available as well. Overall good stay with nice and humble staff.

It was a great stay with good ambience, super good food, clean rooms. Only issue I found was they provided the rooms without providing towels and we had to follow up couple of times. Rooms were a bit small but cozy. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Overall a pleasant experience and I will definitely come back here

Pros:
1.Good AC..
2. Clean Rooms..
3. Clean Toilets
Cons:
1. Approach Road Is In Bad Condition.
2. Wi-Fi not available/ unable to connect on the second floor.
3. Tv not recharged on time.
4. safety locker not recharged.
5. Staff members are new - not aware of most of the things.
6. Fire Alarm Rings in out of nowhere in the early morning hours.
overall a bad experience.

Worst experience ever. The sheets were all bad, the ac was not working. The rooms had a very bad smell. Asked them to change the room but that just helped with the sheets nothing else. Literally checked out in 7 hours

Staff is very Rude not Humble at all, at the same time they argue with customers and back answers when asked questions.
They don't attend call when needed, TV was not working, AC was not working.
Dislike is Everything and had a horrible experience with such a nice property,
Problem is Staff and their Behaviour.
