checkin process was smooth and the manager was calm and composed. hazzle free checkin process and checkout process.
rooms where a very old types but spacious. led tv was in but setup box was missing. when requested they said all boxes are occupied in other room so can't give one for us inspite of we booking ac deluxe double room. bathrooms good, bed was good, when asked for extra pillows they kept answering it will come but it became morning the pillow did not come till we checked out.

late night miscreants knocking on the door a security risk the hotel management does not take responsibility of any such issues. painting and door latches too weak.

hotel is old but good. it has a culture. staff of the hotel is very rude and treats very harshly. they behave like they don’t need customers.
