This is not at all a family hotel. Smoking smell all aroud and other purpose driver hotel.

hi, the reception staff is unresponsive. firstly they kept my photo ID card with themselves (ofcourse i forgot to take it) and didn't even feel the need return it back to me despite staying there for 3 days. and now it has been 5 days since I have returned they don't even respond to calls and not paying any heed to courier the same (ofcourse i have paid for Courier). I wish they were more responsive about our privacy.

Nice place to stay. Staff were very friendly and did their best to assist with all queries. Taxi,bus and Rickshaw stand located just outside the hotel, metro & train stations not even a few minutes walk. This would be convenient for most, however for me it was a problem as my uber rickshaws either couldn't be found in that crowd or else they didn't want to pickup passengers from there due to the rickshaw stand located there. All in all it is a lovely hotel. Breakfast is delivered in the room. If you are a single person take the room only option as it's more economical

good hotel and very convenient restaurant near to the Andheri East railway station.
olten hotel is very good for family because they got three beded rooms for family can stay. good behaviour of staff.
