it was a decent experience but I guess they need to be a fast in terms of service and basic things were missing 1) two people were checked in with no towels asked and they provided one 2) The tea maker was there not the plug point not working 3) booked a deluxe room but provided a standard room which was very small

it was a pleasant stay but few things shud be rectified 1) asked for a towel as we were two people and there was no towel inside washroom and they provided after two calls 2) the tea maker was not working and jt was funny the cable and the plug point was different still they provided tea sachet etc 3) when they provide delux room in add they mentioned it's doesn't look like delux it's a standard room very small
