hotel is at great location near to patia railway station and kiit college….but rooms okay …renovation work is going on right now so lots of rooms were empty…staff is helpful and polite….geyser,tv and ac is working fine…still need a proper renovation it will be great.

1. rooms are big but not very clean as one expects in a hotel
2. extension not working...had to use mobile to call reception for anything
3. wardrobe in room too small
4. food quality is good
5. staff are polite and courteous

stay was ok but
there were cobwebs in the room , one fan was not working and they didn't changed it even after complaining

i have had the most horrible stay here at this hotel. where to start!!! upon arrival, i was presented this room which had the most foul smell. the geyser switch was not working which the hotel knew . didn't fix it until 4th day of my stay. i booked deluxe room but pretty sure they didn't give me deluxe room because i did booking which is why they gave such a bad room. they knew geyser was not working but still gave me that room. no toiletries expect a hand soap are given by them. i kept asking f ...more

The room is pretty good in price range , the foodstuff was really nice , staffs are new to hotel management but well behaved and kind listeners. Swimming pool needs to be cleaned a little but i understand as here not many people is going to the pool the leave it untouched. Everything was good , I rate it 4.5/5.

Completely unprofessional and most of the service personnel are unskilled. Hotel denied to provide GST invoice.
