i have stayed at orana for 4-5 times now and it has been a great experience everytime! the rooms are clean and comfortable. the pool is also nice but could’ve been cleaner. the reception staff this time made us wait for check in(even tho we were 1-2 hours after the check in time) and asked us if we wanted twin room even though we booked single bed as a couple. room service and housekeeping staff is friendly and nice but the reception staff could’ve been better.

Its location is very good near Vaishali metro. Staff is very gentle. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very spacious.

we loved our time at orana hotel. the staff was welcoming, our room was 509 which was cozy with a beautiful view. we enjoyed the swimming pool too. highly recommend for a romantic getaway! we can't wait to return.

it was good, but they can make their bathrooms a bit better, common area mats were not too clean and not enough categories in breakfast. still the stay was overall good
