1)AC not working properly. cooling stopped at midnight as there was no gas 2) no one receives the phone at reception 3) we have to ask for water bottles 3 to 4 times. 4) wash basin was leaking.

First of all I would request any traveller who is travelling to Darjeling , do not stay at mystic rodhi resort.

Hotel staff including manager, receptionist and waiter are very rude, arrogant and non-helping.
If you ever stay at mystic never ask hotel staff for anything, they will charge you 10x times for everything. The best thing will be to enquire nearby. There is a ...more
