While seeing the outer view of the stay thought it would be average but once we enter the room it's an entirely different, neat room with good ambience no need of ac inside the room it's cool inside, it's suitable for family as well No food available on stay, nearby restaurants are available at 500m radius and rental bikes are available for Rs 500

I absolutely loved my stay here. Huge and spacious room at a great price in the prime location. It's safe, the facilities were good and the room was clean. Would totally recommend staying here.

Pros -1. Location is in peaceful and green area. Around 4km from Baga beach.2. Rooms are spacious and washrooms is very well maintained and clean. spacious balcony.3. Prices normalCons1. They can give small soaps and shampoo just like other hotels.2. Have to go outside for food. It can be delivered by food app like zomato, swiggy.

our experience in this property was average. Few things need to be improved. firstly they should have a waiting room where the guests can wait before check in. secondly their communication is not friendly and polite. Now coming to amenities, room and bathroom has 1 tubelight which was dim and small, toiletries were cheap, towels were old n torn, complimentary water can was provided but it wasn't sealed its just normal water filled in the can. overall few basic amenities need to be improved and owners communication too. Rest all it was a fine stay.

Rooms are size wise ok, but condition not good. Big cracks in every wall, not cleaned properly. Water provided but not in sealed bottles. Bathroom was also not very clean. No hot water in bathroom. Overall not very much recommended for longer stay. One night can be ok.

It was good, people were nice and receptive, everything was great Only small issue we faced was, WIFI and mobile network was very slow in a few rooms Rest the rooms are super spacious, that were a bit bigger than what we saw in pictures and very comfortable

worst hotel/guest house i have ever been to! never ever going to recommend it to anyone.There were no phones in the room to contact the reception, they did not clean our room next day, they did not show up for a minute in 2 days to check upon us or our requirements, there was no soap, shampoo in the bathroom, we had to reach out to them for such things and when we asked them to recharge the television than they said you can recharge it on your own if you want to watch it.I have no clue what your ...more
