1. Door lock from inside not working. Electric lock from outside not working. Key lock from outside was not proper. 2. Toilet pipe of lower floors bathroom was opened in our balcony. Couldn't open balcony window due to smell. 3. AC was not working since midnight. Direct light was not coming due to heavy rain in the area. Only generator light was coming caused high discomfort as we couldn't opened the balcony due to smell and there was suffocation within room. 4. We booked room for 3 adult and 1 ...more

TV was broken. There was no electricity supply to the TV. When they finally fixed it then We got to know that the TV was broken. When we started complaining about the room, they told us that you shouldn't have checked in if you didn't like the room. Even the referigerator wasn't working. Wall paint is coming off. There were no shower gels and soaps in the dispensers. Don't go by the good reviews. It's all a marketing gimmick. Their rooms have very low height ceilings. Feels like you are living in a store room without any view for 6K. Don't spoil your Kasauli trip booking this hotel.

great experience at Oren . The food was especially mouth watering.we had a good time at this hotel .There is a play area for children also .

We had very good and comfortable stay at OREN Kasauli. rooms were very nice and clean. staff behaviour was very good and polite. Food was nice and breakfast was awesome. overall it was a very good weekend trip for us.

Very amazing property, polite and friendly staff , spacious room with breathtaking mountain veiw in day and even in the night . Tasty food we had breakfast included in our booking and we too had dinner a la carte which was yummy too quantity they give in any order is also too much as compared to any restaurant. 20 min drive to mall road kasauli Yes i like the property as a family. I travelled with my wife and 5 months old kid and didnt faced any struggle in any time of the stay

the hotel is at such a great height which gives you one if the best view of Kasauli. the rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean. the best part is that the hotel is completely vegetarian with amazing delectable dishes. Definitely recommend this hotel. we celebrated my daughter's bday there and she loved it. the best part about this hotel is their amazing staff.

Rooms are neat and clean, views are good, food is delicious. The only thing which is uncomfortable is the entry of the hotel is risky i.e. the slope angle is too low, however they are providing driver to get the car to parking but every time we need to depend upon them. Overall experience is very good.
