Not worth it. Place is good but service is very bad. They don't serve food to cottages even though we had our baby with us. They ask us to drive down the winding roads to the reception and collect the food ourselves even at night for dinner.

It's a nice place to stay. Large plantation with a cliff. Food is excellent but a little bit expensive.

Had a wonderful stay at Orion County Vagamon. The villa was spacious and had every amenities in it.
And the staff was very courteous. Overall it was an amazing stay!

Pros:
- Resort location and area is superb. Superb view points.
- Cottages provided are good with all basic amenities. Cliff side cottages have better views and is worth the premium.
- Value for money
Cons:
- Buffet food provided is not upto mark and costly.
- No swimming pool or park for kids to play around.
- No covid related safety measures. Not even temperature check.
- Service quality is also not upto mark. No way to contact reception without cell reception, we have to drive a km or 2 to reach there for any needs.

Pros:
* Location of the hotel is great. The hotel is located inside a tea estate. The hotel also offer beautiful viewpoints.
* There is a lake near the reception area.
* Rooms were spacious, neat and clean.
Cons:
* Based on the room, the reception and restaurant distance can be 100 meter to 3-4 kms away from your room. Make sure you have fuelled up your vehicles.
* There were frequent powercuts while we were staying. Dont worry, there are backup generators but there is a caveat. Backup generato ...more
