"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Orritel West in Andheri West, and I must say it's one of the best hotels in the area!
The hotel's amenities and services were top-notch, but what really made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Farook, the receptionist. He went above and beyond to ensure my accommodation was comfortable and hassle-free.

This is a small hotel but a decent one. Old construction but well maintained. Staffs are nice and helpful. They are allowing out side food too. Which is quite helpful.

the most pathetic and egoistic managerial staff. I ordered dinner and was told to pay right away. When I requested that I'll pay during check out the manager ordered the waiter to take my food back and I was forced to order from swiggy.

Bad experience.The room is small.Tiolet is not properly cleaned.Also the room service is below standard.Fitty utensils are there outside rooms and foul smell is coming

I was on a work visit go mumbai and chose to stay at Orritel Hotel andheri west, just because it has windows to every room. Lovely staying here. The staff and reception staff is really welcoming, generous and helpful. The ambience of hotel is pleasing plus restaurant also good.
Good food quality.
The soap they provide is so nice 😊
