amazing rooms,extremely good view and food is superb. The best place to stay in lachung every demand was fulfilled by the staff. very accommodating

Property has everything but no electricity, without electricity it's difficult in normal place so how can one imazine on mountain with no hot water in geyser, heater worked for sometime. Hotel must work on electricity supply else it's a disaster for guests.

Room is too small, bed linen were not fresh, even towels were not fresh . Breakfast items are there but are not served these items. Items if finished take 15 minutes to recoup. Teabags are not kept, butter was finished. Thus us the situation at 8.00 am whereas breakfast starts at 7.30 am. Overall a bad experience.The service and room both are bad

i wanted to give Zero ⭐ but there is no option. No proper power backup, unclean washrooms, damaged room floors & windows and much more. worst experience I had ever in any hotel & trust me I stayed at very remote areas but this was something on a next level. they have set a new benchmark. unclean washrooms, frequent power loss.

We booked a valley view balcony room. Room was quite spacious and great view from balcony. Rooms don't have any heater but the beds have the electric warming sheets so that's a relief. Buffet menu is just ok, rest what all you order in room is good. Location is good and easily reachable. In regards to cleanliness it is 3/5 they need to some renovation.

It is sad to inform you that we couldn't reached Lachung because Sikkim Govt closed the road due to heavy snow fall. So, we couldn't stayed at Summit Khangri Karpo Retreat & Spa, Lachung. Please do the needful to get the refund. I already informed to Summit Reservation.
