worst service, keep calling reception and they will make you wait. Multiple instances. Manu room have no out going call workkng. simply come stay, do whatever you want but do not disturb hotel and its staff.

Please do not visit this property, I saw lot but still I visit . Property is pathetic. Rooms are not good everything in the rooms is broken. Jacuzzi is not properly working . staff is not good. No service very bad service . they lied to us as well regarding there hotel kitchen. plus they just find some reasons at the check out to gain some money. please be aware of this property do not visit.

i had a wonderful stay at orsom hotel. the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. the staff was courteous and always ready to help, making the experience even better. the food was delicious, and the location was convenient. overall, a great stay—i would definitely recommend it!

Very bad hotel na tv chalta h na hi pani saaf h na hi phone chalta h bhut ganda hotel h or booking hone k baad bhi faltu liye gurgram ka sabse bura hotelKuch bhi acha nhi tha rooms gande koi sunne wala hi nhi h waha bada bura haal h hotel ka 😖😣
