The service here is horrible. they offered to cook us home made food and did not serve until after 9:30.we had to stand on their heads to make sure they are making our food and serving it to us. we have our orders earlier than the rest and they prioritize some other guest and let them cook their own food before serving us ours. the staff is not responsive and are elusive. not accountable for anything.

Rooms were very smelly and no the hell was there to listen you......
extension was not working so u have to call someone for every pitty thing like WiFi password, menu( though they don't have), floor cleaning (though house keeping was absent as per them),bisleri water etc
*bathrooms were running out of water
