the hotel stay was good, the accessibility was great and also the room and bathroom was quite clean.
this is a recently renovated building,but still here and there we can still see the age of the building... the room had water stains near the windows and bathroom rooms.

The stay was in a very good location with ample car parking. Hotel looks classy. The room was ok. Not that clean but still ok manageable. The room was small. Good for 2ppl not more than that. Bathroom was clean. They didn't provide dental kits/Sandals. The location will have high noise pollution due to traffic.
The room is having a lot of lights. The smell is also good. Towels and bed sheets and all are very clean

I recently stayed at Ozone Hotels in Aluva and had an exceptional experience! The hotel's ambiance was wonderful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were immaculately maintained, with every attention to detail taken care of.
The staff were courteous, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. As a solo female traveler, I appreciated the hotel's focus on women's safety and security. Overall, I highly recommend Ozone Hotels for its outstanding service, cleanliness, and comfort. Will definitely return!

Had a good stay in the hotel and the staff service was very much attentive and responsive.Friendly, accomodating staff , willing to help with a smile. Good looking rooms and the entire property was to the standard. Women friendly atmospere ..with clean bathroom and cozy room.Definitely will come back to stay here and this will be my choice of hotel when im at Aluva.
