lights are not really proper and the washroom is quite not good
the overall feel in the apartment is less comfortable. washrooms needs big change as all of the points are leaking with water.

Lack of cleanliness, TV of no use, poor management, no food options as you’ll need to go outside every time to get food from nearby restaurants, also toiletries missing from bathroom so bring your own with you or else you’ll have to go outside for it. Overall it’s just a stay option which is nearby to beach and nothing else! Lack of cleanliness, food options, no comfort because of old beds and mattress!

it was just a tent on the terrace and i have given an additional amount for the rooms.while booking details has to be mentioned properly ( which is just a tent on the open terrace)

Horrible experience....15 km away from Alibag....it's not a motel nor hotel...just very poor rooms not worth more than 500/- per day...went with it by seeing reviews...sticky bathrooms....
better go Alibag & book a hotel at that time

we had best experience we ever had..
staff was very polite..
Room was clean ..
although.. due to some misunderstanding I booked for tent instead of room.. but they did managed that too..
it was 4'o clock in the morning.. and hotel staff still received my call..
I strongly recommended .. married couple or just couple or Batchelor..
it is 8 km away from nagaon beach

worst hotel. Unprofessional hotel staff & rude behavior. Hotel is old & in a market complex.
It is far away from beach. It's not at all suitable for family stay.
Hotel staff not cooperative & rude. There is a bar below the hotel.
