Average hotel. Rooms are without windows. Electric equipment not functioning properly. Breakfast is ordinary.
Food quality is good.

They are keeping used towels as it is from past 2 days inspite of giving the keys for cleaning. They are supposed to replace them and provide fresh ones. Extremely unhygienic and worst than a 1 star hotel!

A nice hotel but there were a few glitches that made the experience somewhat average
Pros: Nice ambience, spacious room, quiet environment, good breakfast spread
Cons: We were given a smoking room which is strange because we were checking in as a family. We had to request and get it changed. It was very late in the night and was not very pleasant.
Hot water supply was erratic, needed to follow up multiple times. Bathroom door wasn't closing properly.

It's not worthy 4* hotel. Poor maintenance of construction, stinking rooms, response time too much.. overall not satisfactory.

Room was not exactly matched to pictures shown, room is too smelly not at all good entertainment. I never suggested people to be here, very old hotel and old rooms no very happy to stay here.
