It was really a nice experience to stay at hotel Palestine. It is located near main market and taxi stand of pahalgam. Amazing food , best supportive staff and owner is also very humble.

Location is very nice, Situated exactly in market opposite to taxi stand, everything is accessible and behaviour of the staffs are very good.We enjoyed our stay.

The room was spacious,
however the blankets were dirty.
The major essential, water was not available in taps instead they were filling water through hoses in a tank kept inside the washroom, it was super cold. Only one time we got hot water, which were provided by an old man in a bucket in the morning. Other times we have to use the ice cold water for our necessities. The room was not having AC, provided an electric bed warmer.
However the hotel is located at the main market and which is near to Baisaran valley.
The room was costly as per facilities.

Pathetic hotel having shady rooms, they charge 1500 for breakfast in which they provide only aloo paratha. The bathrooms are too small and if someone wants to take bath, he/she has to sit on the toilet seat.
Wont recommend this hotel to amyone.

Not recommended anytime.. No cleanliness, foul smell, linen was not washed properly.. They will give hot water in tubs.. 1 tub of not so hot water for one person throughout the day.. Please do not fall for the good reviews and ratings which are being falsely written..

Without water supply in the toilet one should not run a hotel. Instead of flushing we have to pour water stored in a can in the bathroom. No hot water in minus degree temperature.
