We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Special thanks to Nilhitha, Pranjal, Karuna, Abin, Nthin, and Chef Sathya for their warm, professional service, which made our check-in and overall experience smooth and welcoming.
The on-site restaurant was excellent. Although the breakfast buffet had a limited variety, the food was delicious, and the ambience was lovely.

✅ Beautiful mountain view rooms – spacious, clean, and premium feel
✅ Neat and well-maintained washrooms
✅ Parking available
✅ Staff helped with carrying luggage
✅ Welcome drink offered at arrival
✅ Staff are polite (not rude)
✅ Pre-ordering food helps avoid delays during dinner
✅ Restaurant food is decent and cleanly presented

Room Experience:
I had booked a mountain view room, and it definitely delivered on that front. The room was spacious, clean, and had a luxurious and premium feel. The washroom was also neat and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort.
Resort Facilities:

Very very small rooms, even a decent homes bathroom is bigger. No facility for activities like camp fire or barbecue and no seperate private space for that. Breakfast buffet is very slow and hence taste is not Upto mark. Menu is also less as compared to other resorts in the vicinity . All in all a disappointment overall . Went there with a lot of expectations.
Positives- infinity pool is the only good thing out there.

I had a wonderful experience at Palette Hill View Resort. The location is fantastic. The climate was perfect, adding to the overall experience. The hotel itself is superb, with amazing food that exceeded expectations. The staff were friendly, and the place was well-maintained. If you're visiting Vagamon, I highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

It was overall very good stay at this Resort. I would definitely recommend for Family stay . The location is all Good.
