Booked the hotel based on the reviews online, but there was nothing, when compared to the price
No room view, rooms like average one or two star hotels, worst room service (they didn't even provide a hand towel), and worst food taste
If anyone is seeing the review, please go for Dolphin or park hotel( have stayed in both, and they are way better than this one)
Literally will never ever book this property

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palm From the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth and quick.
The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The bed was very comfortable, and the view from my window was beautiful. Housekeeping was prompt and kept the room immaculate throughout my stay.

I was expecting a luxury experience, but unfortunately, cost of the hotel did not meet that standard. The amenities and services did not feel luxurious, and the food was also below expectations. Overall, quite disappointed.

It was a wonderful experience staying at the Palm Beach Hotel. The service, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and overall ambience were fantastic. Needless to say, the proximity to the beach makes this a desirable location. And more so, when the access to the beach was a near-perfect private beach experience.
