amazing location and excellent food. kuteeram rooms are excellent with a sea view. go for it. the hotel might not look that interesting from outside, but inside it's a piece of art! would love to come back.

The rooms were stinking . Very bad bathrooms. Receptionist was impolite . Charged for a very bad room . No place to sit around and chat . Furniture is of very old and uncleaned . No view of beach . No light and exit gate to go to beach . Bathroom exhaust . Old shampoo and shower gel kept.

The reviews and the angles in which the photos are portrayed and the actual place you feel bored
Nothing special
Sea view with an effort
Private beach that too for photo purpose
Over all stay was secured and location is good
But for there are many beautiful options near by

Booked the hotel based on the reviews online, but there was nothing, when compared to the price
No room view, rooms like average one or two star hotels, worst room service (they didn't even provide a hand towel), and worst food taste
If anyone is seeing the review, please go for Dolphin or park hotel( have stayed in both, and they are way better than this one)
Literally will never ever book this property

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palm From the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth and quick.
The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The bed was very comfortable, and the view from my window was beautiful. Housekeeping was prompt and kept the room immaculate throughout my stay.

I was expecting a luxury experience, but unfortunately, cost of the hotel did not meet that standard. The amenities and services did not feel luxurious, and the food was also below expectations. Overall, quite disappointed.
