Worst service by plam bliss,No water heater,nor Ac cooling,Room service is totally worst u get only 500+500 ml water bottle rest upon asking for more they vl charge 53 rs more if u required something in midnight by 11:30 nor housekeeping pick up call nor rrom service,,if u call in reception also it's feel like vl talking to dumb man worst Ever

Worst experience with the hotel stay….. rooms were too small. House keeping service was not good. Receptionist were terrible. Actually paid - for such a rooms. Asked for upgradation but we have been told no rooms available. Receptionist said for online booking you will get such rooms only. All the rooms were booked by local peoples we have been told. We were not comfortable & satisfied with the hotel services at all. Absolutely not worth for the amount which we have paid. Terrible service & experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location was convenient, close to key attractions and public transport. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any needs.Overall stay was comfortable. I like the hospitality of the management staff neha raj & krishna mishra.Housekeeping did a good job throughout the stay. The food at the in-house restaurant was tasty.
