Overall very bad experience to stay in palm breeze receptionist very bad behaviour room they give is water leaking on the sealing i didn’t sleep very well and also room service ask to the room boy for dringing water he didn’t bring i never suggest to anybody to stay this hotel

the hotel's location is very good, but the room had no window, which probably caused a strong smell inside. we booked the room trusting your service, so such things should have been checked in advance

rooms were congested,washroom not maintained,damp wall in some areas,no parking available for guest. only 2 bottles of 250ml water given per day, extra water chargeable. no regular water for drinking available. the location is good.
hotel located in 2nd floor without lift.they have lift from 2nd to 3rd floor only.

it's near to Gateway and kolaba market with attached bath and AC, they don't provide towel, shampoo, they just give you a soap and small water bottle, I gave 4 Star for its location, it's very old building, there is no lift from ground floor to 2nd floor.
