we book bangalo at plam tree but in banglow thay don't have normal things also like phone and hot cattle and guser also not working
it's just like normal lodge room

We really enjoyed the stay with palm tree heritage. Its a real gem hidden in Trivandrum. I have visited palm tree heritage again with my friends. And all of them loved it.

Accomodation is good. Tried food in multiple places in varkala, i found palm tree restaurent food is awesome.

Good experience... Nice view from beach.. Recommended for couples and bachelors.. Not for family.. Great thnk you palm tree heritage for your awesome service

Its a pathetic resort. in the images they showed everything pretty but when it came to rooms, they asked us to go 200 -300 metres away from the main property into a building. There was no service whatsover. we had to change rooms 4 times, still the AC's was not working. We had to sleep without AC. We had to walk 300 m to main resort to request people to bring tea in our room because they were not recoeveing our calls. We were with our parents and that made it worse. It was the worse stay ever

Hotel has given the room which has no TV, the shower was not working properly, also towels were not clean, flush was not properly working. Moreover the manager asked to pay 1000 for upgradation if require, then after denial he told me to pay only 800 which I denied. After reaching my room one employee of hotel and said sir you can pay only 500 and we will give you upgraded room. I had ready paid 1646 rs which the manager was constantly checking while I arrived at hotel.
